KISS REPLICAS - a division of Universal Designs Ltd. is committed to delivering quality products and ensures that each and every garment or accessory produced is made by highly trained professionals with decades of hands on experience in the garment industry. Everyone associated to and working with KISS REPLICAS - Universal Designs Ltd. takes great pride in their area of production expertise and shares the same global commitment to producing quality goods and merchandise.

KISS REPLICAS will produce and deliver your goods as noted in your order confirmation only.

All proposed delivery dates are listed on each product page.

Proposed Delivery Dates indicate the time that goods will be SHIPPED OUT within.  This means that goods may ship out from our warehouse on the last day of a given quarter.

1st Quarter (Q1) = January-February-March

2nd Quarter (Q2) = April-May-June

3rd Quarter (Q3) = July-August-September

4th Quarter (Q4) = October-November-December

Product is advertised for Annual Quarter Deliveries, and while we strive to deliver within that time frame, due to the complex nature of our goods this 'may' cause a short delay in completing product for a proposed quarterly delivery. While we do have an excellent track record for goods delivered within our proposed delivery dates, from time to time some delays may occur. In this unlikely event, please note that we always put quality first! We treat each and every product and order as if it were our very own, so quality will always come before speed of production.

Furthermore, KISS REPLICAS - Universal Designs Ltd. only produces garments and accessories in the accumulative sold totals and does not operate as a clearance stock house so it is the buyers responsibility to double check the related size charts before ordering. In other words, all goods are MADE TO ORDER!

Proposed delivery dates may vary from product to product.

Duties, Taxes/VAT and Import Fees

Please note that all goods are shipped from our location in Toronto, Canada.

Canada Deliveries:

Canadian customers will pay all applicable taxes based on their ship to location/Province.

USA Deliveries:

All goods sold through www.kisreplicas.com to the USA will have the appropriate 'Duties & Taxes' added to their shopping cart. In doing so, this will eliminate all Brokerage Fees and there will be no further charges required upon receipt of goods. Furthermore, this will eliminate the need for US Customs to contact each US resident in advance prior to delivery. Once your purchase is made and confirmed....there will be NO further customs, duties, brokerage fees or taxes required to be paid upon receipt of your goods.

Overseas Deliveries:

All goods shipping to any country outside of Canada or the USA may be subjected to their own duties and taxes for goods being imported into their respective countries. These fees are not additional shipping costs nor are they in any way payments to or for KISS REPLICAS/Universal Designs Ltd.. Once you have your order confirmation, that is proof that shipping has been paid accordingly and in full, so there are no other outstanding fees to be paid to Universal Designs Ltd..

Purchasing with BUY IT NOW or PAYMENT PLAN

When purchasing with BUY IT NOW, the entire purchase consisting of the selected product/s, shipping rate and appropriate Duties and Taxes (only where applicable) are paid in full at the time of your purchase.

When purchasing through our PAYMENT PLAN, the entire purchase consisting of the selected product/s, shipping rate and appropriate Duties and Taxes (only where applicable) are added to one final total and are divided by 3 equal installments. 

In other words, your entire order is divided into equal monthly payments.

The first installment is paid at the time of purchase. 
The second installment automatically withdrawn 30 days later.
The third and final installment is automatically withdrawn 60 days later.

There will be a $6.00 Processing Fee added to each installment in the PAYMENT PLAN.

Warranty

All goods produced by KISS REPLICAS/Universal Designs Ltd. go through a very strict and thorough quality control process before shipping. KISS REPLICAS/Universal Designs Ltd. will address any items which are in some way defective in workmanship or materials only. In this event you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise to receive a Return Authorization Form. Goods must be in their original packaging and condition for any such items displaying manufacturing issues needing repair or replacement. Goods that have been altered, dry cleaned, polished, used or modified in any way will not be issued a Return Authorization Form. There will be no refunds. Authorized return shipping will be arranged and paid for by KISS REPLICAS/Universal Designs Ltd. on our courier account for any item being returned due to manufacturing fault. Otherwise, shipping is non-refundable.

KISS REPLICAS/Universal Designs Ltd. does not accept any returns or exchanges on goods delivered as per your order confirmation so please be sure to double check our size chart to ensure you receive your desired garment size prior to placing your order as there will be no returns or exchanges. Great care and pride will be dedicated to each and every item produced in your order as we consider it our privilege having you as our customer.

Sizing

Sizing is the single most important aspect of your purchase. Each product has its own SIZE chart, and the different garment dimensions are posted within.

Please take your measurements based on the descriptions listed in the size chart and call us with your measurements. We'll go through sizing together, and based on the details you give us we will not let you buy the wrong size.

Otherwise please note that you must follow the instructions listed in the size charts for selecting the proper sized garment.  Failure to do so may result in goods too small or very tight fitting at best.

Please Note: Do not use Standard Garment Sizes! For example your pant size does NOT equal your wait measurement.  Same with our Boot Size Charts, you are asked to measure YOUR FOOT LENGTH.  Do not base boot sizing off of your standard boot size.  We can only work off of your body measurements so do make sure to measure accordingly, then call us to go over your order at 905-898-1809.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your package at the time of delivery. If the package delivered appears damaged please open and inspect all goods with Courier present. If inspection of goods is done after accepting receipt of delivered goods, you must hold onto the original packaging and merchandise for inspection by the carrier otherwise no claim or replacement can be honored.

Disclaimer

Neither KISS REPLICAS, UD REPLICAS, Universal Designs Ltd. or any of its affiliates accept any responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of any products sold. Use is at consumer's risk. Liability is limited solely to replacement of faulty merchandise. All prices, delivery dates, materials and colors shown, displayed or advertised on www.kissreplicas.com are subject to change without prior notice . All orders must be prepaid. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We reserve the right to charge a twenty-five dollar administrative fee on cancelled orders. Once an order is placed, cancellation can only be made by the original purchaser within 7 business days of the time of said purchase. Following that time the order is considered confirmed and accepted by KISS REPLICAS/Universal Designs Ltd.. There are no cancellations accepted on confirmed orders, or once orders have been put into production. Payment for an order constitutes implied agreement with and adherence to these terms.

Universal Designs Ltd. respects each individual user's right to privacy. Universal Designs Ltd. and its sites do not collect personal identifying information unless such information is specifically and knowingly provided from users during contests, surveys, sweepstakes, giveaways or site registration. Universal Designs Ltd. may use this information for marketing and promotional purposes. Universal Designs Ltd. does not supply identifying information to other companies, but may use such information for its own purposes including but not limited to email newsletters. (Identifying information must necessarily be used when notifying a user of requested information, such as order confirmation or production updates.)

Universal Designs Ltd. uses reasonable precautions to keep the personal information disclosed to us secure. However, Universal Designs Ltd. is not responsible for any breach of security. If a Universal Designs Ltd. user knowingly provides personal information, such as a name or email address, in a forum or other public service, that user should be aware that the information provided can be collected and used by third parties. Non-personal information and data may be automatically collected through the standard operation of Universal Designs' Internet servers or through the use of "cookies."
